Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) - SPA is at the forefront of Structural Engineers in the area in the implementation of BIM technology. We recognize the benefits of shared knowledge and collaboration of all parties to the project, and using our considerable experience in delivering projects in BIM (using Revit Structure), we are positioned for fully integrated project delivery.

Antiterrorism, Force Protection (ATFP) and Progressive Collapse Design: With the DoD as a primary client, SPA has an extensive track record in ATFP and Progressive Collapse principals of analysis and design.

Seismic and Wind Analysis and Design: SPA has extensive experience in the analysis and seismic upgrades of existing buildings as well as the design of new structures in both moderate and high seismic areas. Being located along the hurricane coastline, we are also experienced in the Flood Resistant Design, design for high wind loads, and design of Hurricane Shelters.

Through our computer technology committee, we maintain all the hardware and software tools for state-of-the art high speed analysis and design to meet the ever-changing techniques, research, and code requirements.
