A 30,000 SF abandoned paint warehouse renovated into loft style condominiums, approximately 2,000 square feet each. The warehouse’s heavy timber and brick construction shell was repaired and refurbished, including exterior walls and roof, and exposed in the condominium’s final construction. Project included analysis of the existing wood framed structure and structural modifications required to meet current code.
