A 20,000 seat steel frame covered structure with clear spans in excess of 200 feet, designed and built on a fast track schedule. Major structural features include architecturally expressive steel structures, as well as dealing with poor soil conditions, with potential settlements of several inches under the weight of the sixty foot high earth berm. Includes ancillary facilities; dressing room, public toilets, vending facilities. SPA also performed special inspection services for this project.
