King William High School Addition and Renovation - King William County, VA The renovation of an existing 74,620 SF building including 62,805 SF of vocational building, increasing the student capacity from 600 to 800 students. New construction consisted of a 10,896 SF addition at the front of the school and a 635 SF corridor connection to the main building from the vocational building, 54,794 SF for gymnasium, auditorium, commons/kitchen/classrooms.
