After completing his undergraduate degree in 1996, Jeff moved to Raleigh to enroll in the Master’s Degree program at NC State where he completed the first full-scale structural load testing in the Civil Engineering Department’s newly constructed state-of-the-art Constructed Facilities Laboratory on the Centennial Campus. His thesis project was sponsored by the Precast Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) and involved testing pocketed spandrel beams. After completing his Master’s degree, Jeff began his career in the Raleigh office of Stroud Pence in 1999.
Jeff has proven his ability to provide exceptional client service, working closely with all team members to verify that the client’s needs are being met in the most cost-effective and efficient way. He enjoys managing a project from the schematic, conceptual stage through construction completion and has successfully managed a broad range of projects including education, commercial, municipal, mixed-use, retail and government projects. He has significant experience with both new construction and complex additions and renovations to existing buildings.
