The Principals at SPA are able to apply a wealth of hands-on design experiences as the Structural Engineers of Record on thousands of successful project to help assess structural failures and resolve disputes among parties to construction litigation. As design engineers, rather than full time "experts", SPA understands the standards of practice as well as regulations which affect the industry, and are therefore well prepared to offer unbiased and well thought-out advice in solving structural failures and deficiencies, and fairly resolving disputes. SPA is able to provide structural investigations and complex modeling and analysis of structures when necessary to assure that conclusions are based on sound scientific fact.
